At Thermal Windows, we are proud of the quality of our products, installation and service.

If a problem occurs that is covered by our residential warranty, you have the comfort of knowing that you will be dealing directly with us, the manufacturer who is familiar with you and your order, not a factory in a distant state.

Since installation is a crucial part of window and door performance, our Lifetime Limited Warranty only applies to residential products installed by Thermal Windows. Contact us for information on warranty coverage for products installed by you or a contractor.

Our Lifetime Limited Warranty is transferable and includes parts and labor! Some conditions apply. Please contact us for details.

Homes Built Before 1978 May Contain Lead-Based Paint

Thermal Windows is EPA-Certified to perform renovations in homes with lead-based paint.

Our installers are trained to use Lead-Safe Work Practices. We are qualified to replace windows and doors in a clean and safe manner, following EPA guidelines.
